Bill Germino


A senior strategist and hands-on consultant, brings over 20 years of experience in helping businesses excel their operations and productivity through Internet and technology solutions and process improvement.   As a keen and patient listener and learner, Bill’s expertise begins with understanding a company’s challenges and problems, asking the right questions, and getting at root issues before recommending action.  His broad knowledge of Internet technologies includes e-commerce, content management, Internet marketing, and social media thrives on challenging, complex projects.

He has worked with a range of companies, from small and mid-sized businesses to the Fortune 500, across many industries including manufacturing, professional services, pharmaceutical, high-tech, retail, finance, education, and government.  Bill has helped clients such as Ernst & Young, Time Warner Cable, Abbott Laboratories, and Verizon with their implementation of enterprise collaboration solutions.   He also provides expert advice and Internet services to many small businesses in the Boston area.  Bill worked for many years as a Quality Management Consultant, coaching workgroups in setting quality standards, measuring customer satisfaction, and improving business processes.

Bill received his undergraduate degree in Finance from Bentley College and has an MBA from Babson College in Wellesley, MA. Away from work, Bill likes to spend time with his wife and children and coach sports, and he enjoys photography and hiking.

John Irwin

Internet Sales Consultant

Extensive experience across a broad range of industries. Consistent history of career advancements and surpassing stretch goals and quotas. Dedicated to results with a track record of tenaciously pursuing and exceeding revenue goals. Extremely mission-sensitive and donor/customer focused, with a passion for assisting others to achieve goals.

Richard Kesner

Sr. Business Consultant & Strategist

Dr. Richard M. Kesner serves as a Sr. Business Consultant, Project Manager, and IT Strategist for OpenVine. He also serves Northeastern University as an Executive Professor in the Department of Information, Operations and Analysis within the College of Business Administration.  He was named a Center for Practice Oriented Education (POE) Fellow, 2006-7.  Prior to his Northeastern assignment, Richard served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of CELT Corporation, and has also served as a senior IT executive for Northeastern University, MetLife, Babson College, Multibank (now part of Bank of America), and the Faxon Company.

In addition as a Chief Information Officer in his own right, Dr. Kesner has managed large, complex IT projects and services.  For example, as part of his ongoing work in data and knowledge management, he has led a twenty-six state government effort to assess the needs and design solutions for State Education Agency (SEA) decision support systems (DSS).  In this regard, he has architected data integration, unique student/education ID, and data warehousing and analytics solution sets for both not-for-profit and for-profit organizations.

Dr. Kesner holds CLU and ChFC certifications from The American College, a M.A. and Ph.D. from Stanford University, and an A.B. and M.B. from Oberlin College.  He has also completed post-doctoral training in finance and strategic planning at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.   He is the author of numerous articles and nine books, including his most recent book from Auerbach, The Hands-On Project Office: Guaranteeing ROI and on Time Delivery Office (2004).  Richard’s current research focuses on knowledge, identity, and data management within the enterprise and across industries – focusing on educational programs and healthcare delivery – as well as on IT systems and services delivery.

Charlie Dalsass

Mobile App & Website Developer

Former CTO and co-founder of Neptune Web, Charlie has over 16 years of general experience in the web development/Internet field. This includes 3 years working on cross-platform mobile applications. During this time, Charlie worked with developed web and mobile software and provided training and support for several large clients.

Charlie is dedicated to doing high-quality work to the last detail while providing clients with great value and customer service. In addition to his work with OpenVine, Charlie runs his own business, DALSASS.mobi, which he began in 2014.

He holds an MS in information technology from MIT and a BA in civil engineering from the University of Connecticut.

Charlie currently lives in Boxboro, MA with his wife, Margo, and their six wonderful children.

Kelly Thomas Mango

Content Manager

Kelly is a blogger and content creator who has spent the last couple of years helping OpenVine clients create, find, and organize written and visual content for their websites. In addition to her work with OpenVine, she serves as a ghost blogger for several businesses and website manager and content marketer for two local non-profit organizations.

Kelly earned her undergraduate degree in Education from the University of Akron. In her free time, Kelly enjoys hanging out with her husband and children as well as serving in her church.

Peter Campbell

UX/UI Designer

After graduating with a BS in Art, Peter spent several years in freelance event and graphic & web design services before moving into a lead design position. As the lead designer for a sign agency, Peter led client direction, creation and delivered designs for everything in web and marketing—from websites to vehicle wraps—consistently and on deadline.

In 2011, he took on a new a new role as UX / UI Web Designer & Developer where he now leads all aspects of strategy, design & development of corporate and small business websites and related technologies. Additionally, Peter serves as the VP and COO, and is leading the UX strategies for a new social media web application. Peter continues to operate in a freelance capacity on large-scale and local business web UI designs.

When he’s not designing, Peter enjoys basketball at the YMCA & spending time with his wife and children, residing in the Peabody, MA area.
