Led by a Senior eRoom Consultant, this 4-day workshop
prepares you for delivering your own eRoom Design
sessions. Many skills are required to excel in
this service, such as an in-depth knowledge of
eRoom, facilitation skills, writing skills, web design
skills, and understanding
ambiguous business processes. Specific topics
include:
- How to prepare for an eRoom design session:
ensuring you have the right people and process
scheduled
- How to "level set" the audience with an common
understanding of eRoom and its capabilities, and why
this is valuable for an eRoom design session
- Review of the typical timetable for an eRoom
design session and how to adjust "on the fly" to
accommodate particular needs
- Gathering the requirements from users: what to
expect and what to strive for
- Managing the session: facilitating group
dynamics
- Building the eRoom: what to do yourself and when
to include others
- Incorporating best practices into the eRoom and
the process of deploying the eRoom
- Ensuring the completion of the eRoom or creating
a plan of action
